What if we have multiple sites?

    )

Every Refill Point reports back through Dripl Intelligence, so you can request flavour levels, CO2, and the status across every site rather than checking in with each location separately. Feel free to discuss multi-site deployments with us directly so we can figure out the most efficient set-up for your company.

Does Dripl hold up in an industrial environment?

    )

Dripl is designed to be durable in any environment - whether that's built into a countertop in your canteen or the freestanding version. Most industrial sites have a Dripl Stand Two installed, but since the launch of the Dripl Flow ( Free ), you now have a sleek black option as well. Besides the installation and yearly maintenance, the Dripl Service team is also available for fast reparations and support should any issues occur.

How much maintenance is required?

    )

Almost none. You only need to swap a flavour box and empty the drip tray from time to time. Apart from that, you can run the built-in self-clean cycle. The Dripl Service team handles proactive maintenance and yearly check-ins. For other issues, response times and local coverage can be agreed as part of your contract, as we're well aware of the importance for 24/7 industrial sites.

What happens if we relocate?

    )

Relocation is handled for free by the Dripl team. We'll help you move your Refill Point, just flag this as early as possible so we can plan accordingly.

How do we keep it clean in a production environment?

    )

The Dripl Flow has a self-clean cycle, and other small tasks (swapping boxes, emptying the drip tray) are designed to be simple enough for on-site staff. We provide specific cleaning guidance in your client login. The Dripl team also takes care of yearly maintenance with a deep clean and replacements of certain parts if needed.

How can we track usage & easily get data?

    )

Consumption and impact reporting are available thanks to our intelligent sensors, including figures suited for ESG reporting and ongoing budget planning.

Can we get functional drinks (caffeine, vitamins)?

    )

Yes, many of our flavours include functional benefits such as a variety of vitamins, minerals or natural caffeine. These are especially popular in settings where workers might need to fight fatigue or find extra focus.

What happens in case of technical issues?

    )

The Customer Care & Service teams are always available to help. On-site response times and escalation paths are agreed per contract; confirm your required SLA during onboarding.

Can we try Dripl before committing?

Of course! We can always arrange a tasting session at your office, which you can request via the tasting form on our homepage.

What's a realistic monthly cost?

    )

It's the lease fee plus consumables (flavour boxes and CO2), which varies with headcount and how many flavours you run. We can put together a combined estimate rather than just a list price, including a comparison against your current canned or bottled spend.
