If you're genuinely motivated to be part of what we're building and hungry to grow, we want to hear from you. Motivation and curiosity can go a long way in making up for gaps in hard skills. We'd love to meet you.

What's the hiring process like?

    )

We invest a lot of time into the process, with multiple interview rounds and an in-depth case study. Because hiring is a two-way street: we want to get to know you properly, but it's just as important that you get a real sense of whether Dripl and the role are the right fit for you. We want you to choose us with full conviction.

The process combines remote and on-site conversations at our Brussels office and typically takes three to four weeks from application to offer. You'll speak with several team members — usually four or five people — and in the final stage you'll get to meet the wider team.

Does Dripl have an onboarding process?

Your first weeks at Dripl are structured and intensive, in the best way possible. The focus is on immersing yourself in our culture and finding your feet in your new role. You'll be guided by your lead and a role buddy, and your first week includes a series of live sessions covering Dripl, your tasks and everything you need to hit the ground running.
